All products are made-to-order and perishable. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to personal preference, incorrect orders, or changes of mind.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us through email hallelujahhomemade@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, subject to verification of the issue. Please provide photos and a description of the problem when reaching out to us.
